DTU - Danmarks Tekniske Universitet

The Technical University of Denmark (DTU) is one of Europe’s foremost technical universitites with more than 2000 scientific staff members and 1200 Ph.D. students. The Department of Energy Conversion and Storage (DTU Energy) focuses on education, research and development within functional materials and their application in sustainable energy technologies. DTU Energy has more than 20 years of experience in fuel cell research (solid oxide fuel cells and high temperature polymer electrolyte fuel cells) and is a pioneer within solid oxide electrolysis. Our facilities include a ceramic process laboratory with a capacity of tens of thousands of cells per year and advanced testing and characterization facilities. A wide range of these facilities are accessible for industry through our FCH Test Center.
